1. Send your enquiry: choose your size and finish, pop in your details and postcode, and send. There's no obligation.
2. We confirm the details: within 1 business day, a Sunday Society designer will confirm current stock, the expected delivery date and a delivery quote to your postcode, so you'll know the full cost before you commit.
3. Get a second opinion, free: not sure about size, colour or what to pair it with? Send us a photo of your space and we'll give you honest advice. It's included with every enquiry.
4. Secure your piece: once you're happy, we'll send a secure invoice. Your piece is ordered as soon as payment is received, and we'll keep you updated until it arrives.
Delivery & lead times: many pieces are available within 2-4 weeks. Some finishes are made to order and can take longer. We'll always confirm the timing before you pay. Larger furniture is delivered by a specialist carrier, and we quote freight up front so there are no surprises.
