Located in Brisbane’s leafy suburb of Ascot, High Pilates is a refined, boutique wellness destination that blends luxurious interior design with a serene, feminine energy. Designed and styled by Sunday Society Interior Design Studio, this intimate studio redefines movement spaces with warmth, softness, and sophistication.

High Pilates was conceived as a space that promotes a high vibration of living — where movement, mindfulness, and design coexist in perfect balance.

Small but mighty, this bespoke six-reformer studio sits proudly on Ascot’s most well-known street. Our design approach celebrated the building’s original brickwork, spanning the length of the space, grounding the interior in authenticity and texture. Targeted predominantly towards a female clientele, the design balances modern luxury with a sense of calm and connection.

Every detail in High Pilates was curated to elevate mood and movement. Soft, natural light filters through earthy blush-toned linen curtains, providing equal parts privacy and ambience. Cork flooring was selected for its warmth, acoustic comfort, and durability — a practical yet beautiful foundation for daily practice.

The space is styled with carefully chosen elements, including a GlobeWest sofa, an oversized gold mirror, and a statement rubber tree fig. Each piece contributes to a layered aesthetic — luxurious, feminine, and effortlessly welcoming.
